ISO older pup under $100 (Clearfield)

Looking for a Great Dane (mix), poodle (mix), Great Pyrenees (mix), or anything that would be a large breed that is not super hyperactive,to add to the family.
Prefer it to be under a year, over six months, good with young kids, and cats.
Not wanting to pay over $100 for it.
Doesn’t have to be fixed, as large/extra large (giant) breeds shouldn’t be fixed until after a minimum of one year (two for giant breeds).
Has to be willing to meet within 30 minutes of Clearfield.
I know I'm asking for a tall order, but I really want to make sure we end up with the right fit for our family.
