Rehoming labradoodle ASAP

We are looking to rehome our 5 month old labradoodle.
We are not 100% certain if she is only lab and poodle, we got her from an Amish breeder and they told us she has a lab mother and a mini poodle father.
She is a sweet dog, favors men.
Is patient.
Seems to do well with kids.
She also seems to have pretty high anxiety.
She doesn’t really like being inside and we don’t have a fenced in yard here.
She also just doesn’t seem to get along with our other dog at all.
:( we are asking a reasonable rehoming fee.
She will have a kennel (she’s not kennel trained, we recently started trying to work with her) collar and leash to go with her.
