Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company.
This is a crucial role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Duties:
- Perform all aspects of bookkeeping, including but not limited to: account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Utilize accounting software to record and process financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.
g.
, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
