*POSITION SUMMARY*
We are looking to hire a dynamic *Advisory Operations Associate *[Client Services Associate] to join our company’s administrative team.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
This individual should have a passion for providing world-class support and display impeccable organizational skills.
*LOCATION*
This position is located in *State College, PA* and not remote.
*PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Support ongoing account maintenance for investors
* Cultivate relationships with financial advisors and their office staff
* Provide training and clarity to financial advisors on internal and custodian paperwork requirements
*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized and efficient
* A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work without close supervision, exercise independent judgment and problem-solving, as well as collaborating in a team environment
* Outstanding follow-through, seeing tasks from start to finish
* Candidate must be comfortable with and proactively embrace technology in the workplace
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with a CRM, like Redtail
* Experience with finance, banking, or wealth management is preferred, but not required.
* A critical eye for process improvement and solid time management skills, being able to prioritize tasks
