Our rental permit is for a family of any size or up to three unrelated individuals (no undergraduate students allowed).
Tenant is responsible for electricity, heat (natural gas), water, and internet/cable.
Tenant is responsible for lawn care (manual lawn mower provided by owner).
Owner pays refuse/recycling.
