Functional Scope: Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, providing feedback and direction to the team, and provide mentorship to junior employees to keep projects on time and on budget.
Position Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline (Mechanical, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) required
5+ years of project engineering experience
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience leading multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams
Critical Thinker/Problem-solving skills
Ability to delegate effectively
Time management skills
Professional Certifications are Preferred, not required.
Essential Functions:
Regular attendance
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations
Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Communicating with leadership to keep the project aligned with business goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Secondary Functions:
Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies, and procedures
Work safely
