Compensation for time and mileage occurs based on the reimbursement policy.
Compensation $500 Sign-on Bonus for Cameron and Elk counties Yearly Salary $39,300-$40,500 This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Responsibilities Provide case management services to adults and children with serious mental illness or emotional disturbance Work with individuals and families to access, link, coordinate, and monitor needed services Provide support and advocacy for clients and their families Maintain client records and documentation Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care Adapt work hours to the needs of the position, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency services Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
