JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
University Health Services , at The Pennsylvania State University, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to s erve as a first-line liaison for internal and external customers including guests, clients, faculty, staff, students, and vendors.
Shift for this position will range anywhere between 7:30 am-6:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
T he successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Deliver quality service and correspond with a diverse customer base in person, by phone, email, fax, or regular mail
Responding to routine customer questions and/or needs, provide appropriate response/service; refer to other department(s)/unit(s) as appropriate
May process a variety of financial forms/transactions and maintain inventories
Operating various equipment and computer systems
Reporting unusual situations or concerns to appropriate personnel
Providing general support services to the office
This position typically requires a High School Diploma or higher plus 1 year of related experience, r an equivalent combination of education and experience
