two cats for home (Philipsburg)

I have a young female kitten.
She's really friendly and only about 6 months old.
All black with orange eyes.
She's def a lap cat.
She's unaltered and unfortunately in season so she needs to be fixed.
Also have a male cat about 1 year oldish? Unaltered and REALLY cuddly.
He's such a friendly little guy but these aren't my cats and were abandoned by someone who moved out of this apartment building.
I'm trying to find them a good home because I can't see them being left outside and causing more overpopulation with cats.
The male is a tuxedo cat and they are both really great.
I would recommend not homing them together though and getting both fixed asap.
They really can't stay here long either so if you are someone who helps rehome animals and this post is still up I could use your help.
I don't have a car or any way to transport them, I just live in the same building as the person who owned them.
