Rehoming lab mix puppy

Looking to rehome our pup.
He is a lab mix.
4 months old.
Crate trained.
Very loving and affectionate.
He's a great dog.
We just don't have the time for him as we hoped, having some health issues and cannot keep up.
Asking rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
He will come with his crate, bowls, leash and whatever food he has.
