I am a young professional (male) looking for housemates to rent two bedrooms in a three bedroom house! Graduate students and young professionals preferred.
The house is in the Overlook Heights neighborhood, a short bike ride from campus, close to the Arboretum walking trails, and a quick walk to grocery stores and bus stops.
There is free off-street parking, a large basement, a washer and dryer, and a large yard with garden beds and a shed for storage.
The common spaces of the house will be partly furnished but the available bedrooms will be unfurnished.
You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
Both rooms would be available at the start of August 2024.
The current lease runs through the end of July 2024.
Rent is $1750 total ($583 per person per month), plus electric (usually $30-50 per person per month), wifi ($30 per person per month) water (about $30 per person quarterly) and heating oil (roughly $400 per person every year).
There is also a $583 security deposit.
